These Terms of Service govern purchases made through interstory.cz. The seller is INTERSTORY S.R.O., registered at Černokostelecká 1806/123, Strašnice, 100 00 Praha 10, VAT ID CZ29128030 (the “Seller”). You can contact us at info@interstory.cz.
These terms apply to purchases of physical consumer electronics and accessories offered in the store, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, audio products, power banks and phone accessories. They apply primarily to consumers. If you purchase in connection with a business, consumer-only rights may not apply.
We may correct an obvious typographical, technical or pricing error before accepting an order. If a product becomes unavailable, we will tell you and will not require payment for it.
Displayed product prices include VAT. Staff enter product prices in EUR and the store saves a CZK price using the applicable daily EUR/CZK exchange rate. You may switch the display between CZK and EUR. The final price, currency, any delivery charge and payment arrangements will be stated in our personal email confirmation.
The price of a selected product variation may differ from the base “from” price. Your order summary shows the selected variation, quantity and product total. No payment-card or bank details are collected by the website.
To place an order, select the product and its available options, choose a quantity, review the cart, and provide your name, email, phone number and delivery address. You may also add an optional note. Please check all information before submitting.
Submitting the checkout form sends the Seller a proposal to conclude a purchase contract; it does not by itself mean that the order has been accepted. We will personally contact you by email to confirm availability, the final price, delivery charge, payment method and delivery arrangements. The purchase contract is concluded when we expressly accept and confirm the order by email.
If we cannot accept an order, we will contact you using the details supplied. We may refuse an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailability, an obvious error, inability to arrange delivery, suspected misuse, or a quantity intended for resale.
The available payment and delivery method will be agreed in our confirmation email. Do not send payment until you receive our instructions. Goods remain the Seller’s property until the full agreed price is paid.
Any delivery date is an estimate unless expressly agreed as binding. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reasonable cooperation for delivery. For consumers, the risk of loss or damage generally passes when you or a person designated by you takes possession of the goods.
You may ask us to cancel your submitted order before we accept it by writing to info@interstory.cz. Because the contract is not concluded until our email acceptance, an unaccepted order can be withdrawn without charge.
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. For an order delivered in several parts, the period generally runs from receipt of the last part.
To exercise this right, send a clear statement to info@interstory.cz before the period expires. Include your name, order identification, the goods concerned, the date received and your contact details. You may use your own wording; no special form is required.
Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Unless we agree otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop, but you may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
We will refund payments received for the withdrawn purchase, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for that purchase, no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
Statutory exceptions to withdrawal apply where relevant. For example, the right may not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken. Choosing a standard colour, storage or memory option offered by us does not by itself make a product custom-made.
We are responsible for delivering goods that conform to the contract and for consumers’ statutory rights relating to defects. A consumer may exercise rights arising from a defect that appears within two years of receipt, subject to Czech law. Depending on the circumstances, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, a reasonable price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract.
Send a complaint to info@interstory.cz with your order details, a description of the issue and, where useful, photographs. We will confirm receipt and tell you how to provide the product for assessment. Consumer complaints will be handled without undue delay and no later than 30 days unless a longer period is agreed with you.
Commercial manufacturer warranties, where offered, are additional to and do not limit your statutory rights.
We communicate about orders using the email address or phone number you provide. You are responsible for keeping these details accurate and checking your spam folder. We retain order records as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please contact us first at info@interstory.cz so we can try to resolve any concern directly. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Praha 1, at coi.gov.cz.
These terms and purchase contracts are governed by Czech law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when you submit an order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law and applies otherwise.
